Export Compliance Policy
Parsavion USA LLC fully complies with all U.S. export control regulations.
Our products may not be exported, re-exported, transferred, or distributed to any destination or entity that is restricted by U.S. law.
Any product sold by Parsavion USA LLC must not be moved—directly or indirectly—to restricted destinations, regardless of the number of intermediary buyers or stops in the supply chain.
All customers are required to sign a compliance agreement confirming that they will not re-export our products to prohibited destinations and that they accept full responsibility for maintaining compliance after purchase.
A mandatory export control clause will be included on every commercial invoice issued by Parsavion USA LLC, stating that re-export to restricted destinations is not permitted under any circumstances.
Parsavion USA LLC is committed to maintaining full legal compliance and ensuring that all products are handled in accordance with U.S. regulations.

يُحظَر نقل منتجاتنا — مباشرة أو عبر عدة وجهات أو أطراف وسيطة — إلى أي وجهة خاضعة للقيود، مهما تعددت مراحل سلسلة التوريد
يُطلب من جميع العملاء توقيع خطاب التزام يؤكد عدم إعادة تصدير المنتجات إلى أي وجهة محظورة، وأنهم يتحملون المسؤولية الكاملة عن الامتثال بعد عملية الشراء
كما سيتم تضمين بند إلزامي للامتثال للتصدير في جميع الفواتير التجارية الصادرة من Parsavion USA LLC ينص على أن إعادة التصدير إلى أي وجهة محظورة ممنوع منعاً باتاً
